Customized Data Collection

Accurate data collection, analytics and reporting is central to our service offerings because it allows us to assess the performance of our infusion products and services. In addition, the insight provided improves the patient and provider experience, from initiation of treatment, through discharge, recovery and beyond.

Data points, questions, frequency and duration of collection is fully customized to your program needs. This can be as simple as paper surveys that are returned with the infusion pump, matched to the patient via a barcode scan and manually entered into our database. Or, this can entail daily pain scale questionnaires and detailed satisfaction surveys administered online or through a mobile app.

In addition to patient-reported data, data such as therapy duration and units administered is also collected directly by our infusion pumps and uploaded to our database.

When data from all collection sources are combined, real insight into the patient recovery experience is attainable.

Insightful & Accurate Reports

Infudyne offers a wide range of reporting options to ensure our clients get the information they need. Reports can be generated on demand or can be scheduled to be automatically sent via an email. In addition, our reports allow for 12-month trend comparisons by all data points collected within one facility, within an entire health network or against Infudyne company averages.   • All data is collected via secure tablets, that do not store patient or provider data, through a protected portal, that delivers data securely to a HIPPA compliant dedicated server.
  • Infudyne utilizes AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) – 256 bit SSL (secure socket layer)/TLS (Transport Layer Security) symmetric block ciphers to encrypt all sensitive data. This level of encryption is highly secure and is, in theory, virtually impossible to access as the combinations of keys is so massive.
  • All Infudyne data storage centers, website’s, and mobile applications are regularly audited in accordance with SAS (Statement on Auditing Standards) No. 70, also known as SAS-70, and represents that Infudyne undergoes in-depth examinations of their control objectives and control activities, which include controls over information technology and related processes.
  • Additional security measures, such as geo-blocking and fingerprint only access points, are also integrated into our platforms.
  • All physical protected health information is stored in protected facilities with redundant locked entrances and not located adjacent to outside walls.
